Meat Girl continues to get plays and downloads everyday. It recently surpassed 6,000 total which is rather wild to me.  It continues to get plays and downloads.. I thought it'd probably stop around 3,000 plays some months ago, but it has now doubled. Isn't that interesting?  I even wrote in my reflection back then 'I imagine there will be a part two after this some weeks or months from now, after my moment of spotlight dies down haha. I will bask in this spotlight, however brief it may be. It is so nice.' 

I guess... I didn't account for the playtime steadily increasing over the months! Or, well, I thought everyone who wanted to play Meat Girl had played it already.

Back in November, I celebrated 1,500 plays and made this thinking I'd lose the opportunity if I didn't celebrate immediately. Games appear and disappear so quickly... But when I scroll through the RPG Maker tag by horror, Meat Girl isn't hard to find. It's weird seeing something I made in a tag/genre I visit so often. I really love RPG Maker. It's not a secret. So I'm honored to see Meat Girl next to games I really love. I am so honored.

I never posted it here, so you can look at it. I'm.. very delighted.. I really hearing everyone's thoughts. I love seeing what everyone has to say. It's pleasant to hear so many voices. Is that embarrassing to say? I stopped responding to everyone in the past few months because I got really tired (college, etc), and I just felt like I'd thanked everyone as much as I could. I didn't want to come off as insincere by repeating the same things. I talk so much, but even then, there's only so much I'm capable of saying.

Just. Thank you so much. I wish I could tell everyone all the time. I wish I could look into everyone's minds and see what they connected with and perfect my response in such a way. Just know I really love everyone. I love how much you love my work, and I love that you share Meat Girl with people you like. I love seeing the names of your collections; I love seeing what games you place Meat Girl besides, I love every piece of art you make. I like when you smile, when you  cry. I love everyone and I love when a fraction of everyone in the world connects with my art. Does that make sense?
