Sepia and Aseroe spend lazy days on a mushroom covered planet communicating with each other poorly. Aseroe disappears in the mornings, and Sepia spends all day bathing in the lake.
But maybe all of that will change when a stranger visits the two of them...?
This is the first official episode of Squid Girl World though episode 0 is still canon and can be read here

I am so so glad that this series is getting more installments cause' it's seriously one of my favorite VN series ever!! It's just so comforting and gentle and really really sweet too.

What a wonderfully charming little VN! I greatly enjoyed getting to see the casual, day-to-day interactions of Sepia and Aseroe, and watching them grow closer in the aftermath of Nettle's arrival~
I was also very excited by the glimpse we get of Aseroe's backstory with the Reapers! My malevolence, even just that short segment of it made me light up like a Christmas tree, so fascinating as it was, heheheh~

I was really charmed by ep 1 of squid girl world!! Aseroe is a fantastic design, and the color choices throughout the game are so well-picked, especially in the very striking backgrounds. The vague similarities in appearance between Sucre and Sepia tugged at my heart, too. The line about God seeing them in their intimate moments went hard, there are lots of good worldbuilding clues that make you wonder about the broader state of the world. Thank you for writing!!
