This was really captivating. I really loved getting to see more of Adelaide and Eva’s relationship in the bonus story of WIILTT so this story was immediately exciting just for that alone. The visual presentation is stunning and the choice to lean into the raw sounds of the world rather than music did a nice job of representing Adelaide’s mental state throughout the store (especially the cicada sounds).
I also squealed with the Aiyana (and partial Emma) cameos!
